Hi all,
My name is E. Debbie Lee. I’ll have to tell you the story about that “E.” at a later time. You can call me Debbie. I’m a speech language pathologist but I started out as a learning specialist. That just means that a Master’s program taught me how people learn. Turns out that most of that learning is language-based, so I went back to school to learn more. 15 years later, I find myself back in a program to even learn more. I’m getting my SLPD, which is a clinical doctorate in speech language pathology. I am learning. Virtually.
And here I am on this blog writing about some of my thoughts as a teacher, a “speecher” as I have been called by some of favorite tiny people, and a learner.
Hope to see you here often.
Debbie
